Work With Me

My Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

I am glad that you as a parent want the best for your child, and give them the opportunity to Grow and Glow in psychotherapy.

In order for me to understand your child further, it is important that one or both parents are included in the treatment process. I like to think of each family as it’s unique puzzle, and your child is one (very important) piece of the family puzzle. In order for me to fully understand your child’s strengths and needs, incorporating you (the parent) into the treatment process is essential.

I am excited to work with you and your child!

In therapy, your child will actively enhance their emotional development, which improves sense of self and relationships with peers, family, and You.

What I Offer

  • In person individual sessions with your child/ teen/ adolescent

  • Virtual Therapy sessions with your child/ teen/ adolescent

  • Therapy for Parents who want to learn tools to parent children with anxiety disorders, and foster self compassion in their parenting challenges

how i work

The first session will include both child and parent(s), where I will explore family history as well as specific goals of treatment. This initial session will help me understand your family and your child’s relationship with family members.

From there, I will create an individualized treatment plan for your child.

Depending on the age of your child will determine the parent(s) level of involvement . I will always be available by phone to answer questions regarding progress/ appointments/ updates.

If your child is 13 or older, the involvement will be less frequent, once every other month (unless it feels more necessary for the parent(s) to be included more often.
